Mike Pepper is the Executive Director of Bluegrass Senior Assist.  He has been in Lexington his entire adult life since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1982.  Mike has been married to Tina Crockett Pepper, a Lexington native, since 1984 and they have two adult children in Nashville, a daughter in law, and granddaughter born in September 2019.  Faith, family, and friends are at the core of his life.

After a long career in the pharmaceutical industry, we are excited to bring his experience to BGSA and continue making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.  Mike has seen first-hand the difference education can make empowering seniors and their families to make informed decisions so they can retain control.  His mother in law has Alzheimer's and his father in law is in declining health.  "Having access to the services provided by BGSA is an invaluable resource and Mike look forward to partnering with advocates for seniors like you."

Mike is excited to meet you and see how BGSA can benefit your loved ones and those for which you advocate.
